更换hostmonster的mysql数据库版本

HostMonster 可以支持mysql 4.x和mysql 5.x。这非常的灵活，在使用的过程中如果需要更换数据库的版本，在帮助台提交修改需求，然后你会收到一封邮件，内容大致如下：

To request a server with MysQL 4, please reply back with the following information:

- domain name
- last four digits of the credit card on file, or your Cpanel password

这是需要你提供需要修改mysql数据库版本的域名和验证信息，如果是信用卡付款，那么是信用卡的最后4位，如果是paypal付款，那么就是Cpanel后台的密码。
